| REGULATORY COMPLIANCE ASSISTANCE
Regulatory assistance has been a long-term focus for QSG. Our track records are well known. We have been identified as facilitating successful reversals of negative accreditation decisions, development of rapid preparation plans for survey visits, establishment of acceptable challenges and plans of correction, and achievement of both unexpectedly high accreditation scores. Two of our hallmarks are the individualization or tailoring of all services specific to the client needs assessment, and the integration of regulatory compliance activity with effective organizational management strategies. Therefore, the results of consultation are longer term benefits to the operation structures, processes and outcomes; alignment with the organization mission and values; regulatory compliance; and frame work for improvement. In summary, QSG collaborates with clients for comprehensive approaches and outcomes, ours are not ready made, short cut methodologies for quick fixes. |
